Refer an individual or couple to us in confidence. We acknowledge, triage, and reach out — and you stay informed of engagement status only (never clinical detail) unless a release is signed.

After you submit the request form, a member of our team reviews it (we may look up your role or call you) and emails you when your account is active. Most requests are decided within one to two business days.
